The Program: RESCUEFOREVER® is a Shared Revenue Program.
There are no initial fees, membership fees, yearly fees or any charges whatsoever to be a Member of our Program.

To be a Member, you must commit to purchase a minimum of $100 dollars every month, which you may spend immediately with our pool of affiliated merchants.
Failure to comply with the monthly agreement to purchase $100.00 dollars will be considered a cancellation of your membership status, and you will no longer have the right to receive any Rewards. You may still spend the Rewards received previously with our affiliated merchants. You are welcome to rejoin our Program and reactivate your status at any time.
You will start receiving cash back rewards when you have retained your active status for two consecutive months. You may make your monthly purchase commitment in one or several deposits during the month, but you must comply with the minimum requirement of $100.00 per month.
"RESCUEFOREVER® will share equal proportions of the revenue generated by the group with our pool of Members in the form of a Revenue-Sharing Agreement."
After the first month, on a monthly basis RESCUEFOREVER® will allocate the members' portion of the shared revenue received in the previous month that is generated by the discounts obtained from merchants or services.
This members' portion will be divided and paid equally to all active members, and credited to their individual accounts in the form of Reward points. You can check the status of your accrued points at any time by logging into your account.
The date for receiving your Reward points is the 21st day of each month.
The more Members we have, the more purchasing power we have, the more we all benefit!
Each Member may obtain a maximum of 500 Reward Points per month.

RESCUEFOREVER® is available to any US and Canadian citizen or legal resident over the age of 18. It is free to join and there are no membership fees of any kind. Members may cancel their membership at any time without any further obligation.

All Active Members immediately begin accruing Shared Revenue Points based on their joint qualifying purchases from RESCUEFOREVER® affiliated merchants.

Members may invite Guests to shop on our Program page. They will need to be registered as part of our Guest Program. Guests may make any qualifying purchases from participating merchants, and they will accrue Shared Revenue Points generated from purchases made by other Guests. Guests will not participate in the general Shared Revenue membership program. Guests may remain in the Program for up to 60 days, valid one time only.
Guests do not generate referral bonuses.
Guests may become full Members by signing our Membership Agreement and making their first monthly purchase commitment.

Points earned will vary by merchant. To help Members make informed purchasing decisions, RESCUEFOREVER® will present information on the Site regarding some (although not necessarily all) of the prices per product in points. RESCUEFOREVER® strives to be accurate but will not be liable for errors in the presentation of information on prices in points, and RESCUEFOREVER® reserves the right to edit or adjust these rates accordingly.
At their discretion, merchants may change their prices without prior notice, thus affecting our points values.

RESCUEFOREVER® reserves the right to wait up to 90 days to confirm the spending level for any transaction entered into with our affiliated merchants.
RESCUEFOREVER® reserves the right to adjust the points balances of any account based on merchant adjustments to credited purchases. There is no time limit to these adjustments. The Transaction Event Date will determine the effective date of any point accruals.
The number of cash back rewards required to redeem any given offer, product, or service through our Program is subject to change at any time without notice.

By remaining committed to our Program, after 12 months of continuous $100.00 dollar-per-month purchases (or a $1.200.00 yearly total amount), Members will automatically receive a bonus of 300 extra Reward Points as a loyalty bonus. This annual loyalty bonus is applied individually to the Member account and does not belong to the general pool of Members. In other words, annual loyalty bonus points are NOT considered Shared Revenue.

Upon joining our Program and becoming a member of the RESCUEFOREVER® Shared Revenue Program, you will be prompted to choose one of the following:
A. You may send your Rewards directly to our grocery store merchant for immediate use.
B. You may accumulate your Rewards to be spent at any time with any of our affiliated merchants.
C. You may choose to donate a fixed amount of your Rewards to any charity or non-profit organization shown on our menu. You may also refer a new charity or non-profit organization to be considered by our board of trustees for inclusion in our system.
All donations made by you, the Member, will be matched dollar for dollar by RESCUEFOREVER® and our group of affiliated merchants.

D. You will proceed to the payment section of the Site to register your first $100 .00 dollars qualifying purchase, or any amount you wish to start the Program. (Remember, there is a $100.00 minimum purchase monthly commitment to remain active in our Program).
We offer a variety of methods of payment, but encourage you to use Electronic Check Payments or PayPal. While credit and debit card are accepted, we do not encourage their use as an average fee of 2.5% is charged per transaction, thus causing the entire group to lose revenue.
Every month you will receive an e-mail notification to remind you of your next payment, as well as to confirm all payments received from you.

Besides the $300.00 monthly commitment, at any time you may purchase any product or service offered by our merchants by using your Rewards Points, or you may use any normal method of payment. We encourage our Members to do as much of their shopping as possible through our affiliated merchants so that we can get more discounts and be able to bring you better promotions and Rewards.

All active Members are eligible to receive referral bonuses.
Members will receive 50 points in their account as a Refer-a-Friend credit for each new referral who successfully registers as a new Member. There are no bonuses if your referral registers as a Guest.
The referral bonus will be posted as pending to the Referring Member account immediately upon the Referred Member successfully registering (which includes confirming their e-mail address and making their first deposit). They must be an active Member for at least two months in order to change the status from pending to final.
A referral bonus is accrued to the individual and not to the pool of Members.
Each Member can earn a maximum of 500 points as referral bonuses per year.
Referral bonuses do not apply against the annual spending targets for the Referring Member.
For privacy reasons, when debiting any lost referral bonus from the Referring Member account, RESCUEFOREVER® will not specify which previously Referred Member failed to maintain a valid account.
For the Referring Member to retain the referral bonus, the Referred Member must remain in active status for two months.

Points are NOT transferable.
Points may not be sold or bartered.
Rewards Points, merchant offerings and promotional items are subject to change at any time without notice.
Members can be deactivated from the Rewards Plan due to failure to maintain eligibility (failure to comply with the monthly minimum purchase plan). Upon losing active status, the following occurs:
The Members forfeit their ability to earn future Program Rewards. This will not impact previously disbursed Program Rewards. All pending points and those in process from merchants are forfeited.

If RESCUEFOREVER® suspects fraud it will IMMEDIATELY close all related accounts and pursue recovery of all disbursed Rewards to those accounts, and it may pursue any other legal options, at its sole discretion.
Redeeming points for merchandise or services is subject to the terms and conditions of each affiliated merchant. RESCUEFOREVER® is not responsible for the quality of the offerings, warranties, or damages to the products or services purchased or redeemed.

Members may request that RESCUEFOREVER® close their Member Account. Once an account is closed, all progress will be lost and all Points and future Rewards forfeited.
Members may rejoin the Program at any time and start receiving Rewards after the second month of reactivation.
Accrued points do not constitute property of the Member until disbursed to their account. Points are not transferable: (i) upon death; (ii) as part of a domestic relations matter; or (iii) otherwise, according to the law.

Bonuses: Issued by the RESCUEFOREVER® Program as a direct incentive to the Member (this is not Shared Revenue income).
Points: Program points currency.
Primary Member: The registrant on an account who accepts the terms and conditions of the Program.
Pts: The symbol for points.
Registration: Process of completing the registration pipeline and creating a Member Account.
Registration Date: The date that the Member Account is created in the RESCUEFOREVER® system.

Membership Agreement: Agreement between the Member and RESCUEFOREVER® that formally establishes the framework, rules, guidelines, responsibilities and legal obligations between RESCUEFOREVER®, RESCUEFORALL LLC, and Program Members.
Rewards: Points generated according to our Program rules to each Member in equal amounts, every month.
Rewards Fund: Professionally managed investment account established to pay Shared Revenue to our Members on a monthly basis.
Transaction Event Date: The purchase date of a qualifying transaction, as determined by the Merchant Partner that records the purchase.
